My eyes are just narrow slits tonight. Got up at 4.30am for a trip to Augusta and shot most of the morning, from the Cape to Conto’s. It was completely clouded over but that will make for some interesting moody shots I hope. Don’t know if anyone else is watching the Countdown Spectacular, it’s on now and boy it brings back memories. For all you young guys and girls out there, it was the best and only music show on TV going back 20 to 30 years ago. Yes I’m an old fart!!!

Look forward to seeing the shots … There was not a cloud in the sky around day break around Perth, the easterlies where just too strong. A pretty bland sunrise in the end. I did flick on that show and saw Samantha Fox and thought damn she’s still around? Yes an older fart as well.
I thought old Sam Fox looked pretty good. I was expecting her to be a plump granny!! It was Sunny in Dunsborough too yesterday but you can always count on Augusta to be cold and overcast.

i got up for sunrise at crawley edge boathouse because i saw it the day before and i never even knew it was there! but im not stoked about the pics so ill be back there. i then got on your site later that day and noticed you had been there… how long has it been there?

It has been there for quite a long time and in the last few years it has been renovated. It is a cool thing to photograph.
