Hi all. Peter Eastway kindly offered everyone who attended our Workshop in Karijini a free subscription to Better Photography Magazine plus some images in the next edition due out in September. The three of us were blown away by the photos everyone got and we just put that down to our good teaching techniques. This is a grab of what will be going in the magazine early September. If you were on the workshop just check everything is right, spelling of your names etc and that your happy to go with it. Any complaints can be made to Peter Eastway between midnight and 5am!!
Now due to the success of the Karijini workshop Peter, Tony and myself are going to do it again late March 2011. I am taking names of those who will be interested in coming. Get in quick the last one was full in 3days.

Gee, they did go well! Love that dragonfly image from Keith!
Looks fantastic Christian. Certainly have quite the selection from the various photographers. Pretty good advertising for next year’s workshop.
Looks good CF but they have spelt my name wrong, I’ll shoot Peter an email today …
yep all good stuff guys, Neil you just can’t trust editors!! haha
LOL (editors!) Would love to attend in 2011 but late March is conflicting …. Damn it …
awesome stuff – Karijini looks like a bit of a photographer’s play ground! All the images are sensational.
you can pencil me in for 2011 CF…
Excellent Tim, you will love the workshop and Karijini it is an amazing place.
Cool buddy…the team did well eh and yep it must’ve been the fantastic insight from the 3 Dudes eh!
Great shots everyone..looking fwd to seeing them in print!
I will have to look and see if i can make it for next year… ,might fill up before i can confirm though…
ehhhh i didnt want a pic in the magazine that i read anyway… :S hahahah

so lovely shots. your landscapes, are they HDR work? very nice photos by the way
Great collection of shots, well done everyone.
WOW, these are all just beautiful, well done everybody!
Hi Julie, no most of my images aren’t hdr, I do blend different exposures though in photoshop
Whoa you really are spilling those secrets! crap, i’d better pick my game up with this sort of genius coming from every second DSLR owner. Well done people!
True right Sean, some great work here, we will all have to lift our games! But hey that’s why we blog is’nt it?
Cheers
well they are beautiful photos, I have no idea how you blend them but it works
Wow the images look great. I would defintiely by up for a Karijini workshop next year. March is a long time off for making plans but send me the details please!
Hi Julie if you want to know I have tutorials on how it is done on my training blog http://www.christianfletchertraining.wordpress.com
Hi jo will put you on the list for more info, will have something for you soon.
Hi Christian, Karijini sound great, could you send me some details as well. By the way can anyone tell me the best way to calibrate my 27″ imac screen. Have looked on net but can’ seem to find a solution that everyone agrees on. Cheers.
Hey Fletch. Speaking on behalf of myself, the great shots were definitely down to the patience and expertise of the 3 dudes, thanks again guys.
Could you put me down for next year please? Looks like I’ll still be prostituting myself as an engineer and will hence have the money to attend!
Hey Mate,
Im definitely keen for the 2011 workshop, put me down mate!
Sheldon
all amazing shots! looks like you will have some more competition on your hands in the coming years !
These images are of such a high quality that everyone will be checking their dates and finances to get on the next workshop. Without taking anything away from the “3 dudes”, some of these photographers regularly show us fantastic work so I reckon the real challenge would be to take me on the next one as an example of how far up the ladder you can drag someone from the absolute rock-bottom of photographic skill. I would do it for you at no charge, just to help you out – I’d even be willing to pay for my own food, which would save you a fortune. Mike could video it as a reality show. Lets see if you can polish a turd, hey.
Haha Muzz that’s hilarious. Maybe it could feature me as well. I’ll bring my own wine, which will also save the guys a fortune. And they can polish two turds. Haha.
Dave, Darrienne and Sheldon, you are all on the list, thanks for that.
Matt I don’t know what I have done! soon everyone will be kicking my butt.
Muzz I will put it too the boys, turd polishing is a favourite past time of theirs. You should see their before photos!! Yikes. The reality TV idea is a good one but we already have Jennifer Hawkins booked in for that. Sorry mate she is even worse than you at taking photos, hence why she got the gig.
Hi Christian,
Could you please send me some information on next years Karijini Trip, if it’s not too late that is.
Thanks
Andrea
