On the first night of our trip into the heart of the Pilbara we jagged a pretty stunning sunset. The best thing about this shot is someone had a cold beer ready for me as soon as it was all over. That was my last drink until getting back from the desert 5 days later. It is tough being a landscape photographer. Hope you like it.

Once again, very CF indeed and I am sure it will look goo on the wall….see you on the weekend mate!
will do mate and yes its all go for Saturday night.
Might ark up the pizza oven and cook some bits and pieces I think!
Sorry mate, I think you were drinking already when you shot this…feels a bit….bland even though the Pilbara landscape itself is awesome this picture is highly undecided. It’s the return of the Undecided Horizon Stuck in the Middle (ask Stephen Williams) and the light isn’t all that hot.
Me thinks I need to run a “Capturing Wide Open Spaces” workshop, will be expensive for you but where else would you get all that expertise and wit and great looks in one single workshop
Beautiful mate! Ain’t bland at all.
Flemming as a paying customer on True North you will have access to me 24/7 when we are in PNG. You can teach me about wide open spaces and I’ll teach you how to get me a beer at the bar!!
Thanks Dave, I liked it, well I thought I did! Flemming must have been looking at it on a PC.
Access to you 24/7…hmmm mate will you please keep your Brokeback Mountain fantasies between you and the Putt’ster !
Love it . . .and would look great in the Gallery!
