Karri Valley Resort – Masterclass with Tony Hewitt
The venue for this Masterclass is one of Western Australia’s hidden jewels of tranquility -Karri Valley Resort, Pemberton.
Nestled on the edge of trout filled Lake Beedelup and surrounded by majestic karri forests, the natural charm of Karri Valley Resort provides the perfect setting for the theme of this Masterclass No. 4 - “The Hidden Dimension”.
The focus will be on ways to create deeper photographs as these images give us more engaging one-frame pictorial stories. Images created with greater depth pull readers in, invite them not only to look at your photographs, but look into them, to take a visual journey through your image and see and feel the emotion you saw and felt when you pressed the shutter.
Accommodation for participants has been reserved in the best Lakeside Rooms, with private balconies overlooking the lake and forest. These are twin-shared rooms. Those wishing to have a private bedroom may stay in the chalets set in the forest, at no additional cost.
Photographers residing close to Karri Valleyand who do not require accommodation, dinners etc., may register for the Masterclass lectures and photographic shoots only. A reduced fee applies for this option.
The dates are Fri 9th (for dinner), Sat 10th & Sun 11th September 2011.

Sounds like a great time, mate! Plenty of good wines down in Pemberton, too.
I’ll raise a pint of Guinness tonight here in Shannon, Ireland to you and Jen and all my great mates (even you, Merv) of WA.
Mmm beer, you’re making me thirsty Steve, enjoy ireland
