I am getting into beautiful pictures again. After a long period out in industrial oblivion I am finding getting back to nature refreshing.
This was shot on our first South West Light trip. It is a view out from Sandpatch in Albany. Don’t know what that little island is called, more a rock than an island actually. Tina would know??
Join us in Sydney on the 7th of April for the South West Light experience. Fun learning and a lot of piss taking! How could you resist. Go to Pete Eastways website to book

Just a reminder we still have a few places left for The Karijini Workshop with myself, Peter Eastway and Tony Hewitt. If you head over to Peters website Better Photography you can book your spot. Such is the popularity of this workshop we have lots of people coming who were there last year. It really is a fantastic event.
If you can’t make it to Karijini and you live in NSW don’t forget the South West Light one day experience. 5 image makers one journey. Come along and be inspired by some of the best in landscape photography today.
Again head over to Pete’s website Better Photography to book your spot.
This image I shot on last years workshop. What is so awesome about Karijini is the ability to shoot for extended periods in the day. We maximise the opportunity to get great shots because the deep gorges protect us from the harsh mid morning and mid afternoon light. Images like this can be taken any time as long as the scene is in shade.
See you there.

This has quickly become a popular image in my galleries. This storm was heading straight for Dunsborough but at the last moment headed east towards Capel. It formed a mini tornado that cut a swath of destruction just south of the town. If you are driving down south you will see it just the southern end of Capel on the South West Highway.
I was with Nick Rains and my brother when this shot was taken.

Ok a landscape for a change, getting back to my roots. This is Wilsons Prom. Shot on my old Phase One P65+.
