Check this out. I swear on my dead dogs grave that this is real not photoshopped. I was in Namibia with a group and thought I would chuck some sand in the air to get some rays of light. What I got looks to be the ghost of a small child. @peterhooymans was making all these blood curdling screams and I guess he summoned the dead. Spooky stuff.

We have just had a couple cancel on our New Zealand workshop. If you have ever wanted to photograph the best of the South Island this is the trip for you. Combine that with two of the UK’s best photographers Joe Cornish and Steve Gosling and how could you miss it. It is also only one of a couple of workshops I will be doing this year. It is all inclusive and we will be staying in the best hotels on offer, eating the best food and offering the best instruction. Go to my training website to book your spot.

I have cause for concern about my job now.
I had my hand put up to give a couple of photoshop 101 lessons at my children’s primary school and had a great time with the classes I taught. There are quite a few photo wizards on their way up I think
Quite a bit different from my normal adult workshops but good fun and at the end of the day the kids had made me some thank you cards.
Feeling all warm and fuzzy.

Come with Nick and Christian for 6 nights as they lead a group of “Tomb Raiders” deep into the jungle of Siem Reap in Cambodia. Think Indiana Jones meets The Big Bang Theory! Two self confessed geeks exploring the only way we know how, with cameras in hand and a luxury hotel lounge to unwind in at the end of the day. I know, we do it tough! We will be visiting all the temples not just Angkor Wat and will be taking in street photography around the Old Market area. This should be on everyones bucket list.
This will be a photography trip to remember. There will be danger (you might spill a cocktail on your laptop), drama (Nick likes to sing and dance), spectacle (Phase One ,Leica shoot out) but most of all awe inspiring images (mine of course).
We will take small group, only 8 people, so whilst the emphasis will be on shooting during the best times of the day, we will still have plenty of time to work one on one with each of the participants to help refine their images.
Price will include all meals, luxury accommodation, transport, tuition and best of all, our jokes!
I am taking expressions of interest with three spots already spoken for you might like to get in quick. Send me an email firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to be considered.

We had a brilliant Kimberley workshop last week with lots of repeat customers and some new people too. A great group and a great time had by all. We will be running this workshop again next year so if you like the Kimberley region you will like this.

So what is this 2016 thing all about. Well, it is an exhibition and project the ND5 boys are putting together the final result being a celebration of our photography coinciding with the 400 year anniversary of the first landing by the Dutch in Shark Bay.
2016 – Inscriptions is the first exhibition and is an aerial expose of the amazing Shark Bay World Heritage Area.
We have some of the biggest names in landscape photography in Australia involved including Peter Eastway, Tony Hewitt (current Australian Photographer of the year), Les Walkling, Michael Fletcher and of course me. Notice I save the best for last!!!
This is some of our best work to date after three years of travelling together and putting on Exhibitions. Well worth a look and maybe a purchase as these limited edition exclusive prints will be collectors items, ………..after we are dead anyway!
So here are the important details-
Opening night 9th of December 6-8pm.
Exhibition from the 5th – 31st of December.
Linton & Kay Galleries.
The Old Perth Technical School.
1/137 St Georges Tce, Perth.
RSVP is essential, you can not just rock up. There is a licence for only 350 people so you must email email@example.com
All the boys will be there to talk about there work and answer any question on a technical or artistic note. The opening night will also feature a preview of Michaels documentary of the making of “2016 – Inscriptions”
If you are in other states, don’t worry we are planing of touring this exhibition with the first date being in Bribane in February 2014. We are also talking about a one day seminar as we haven’t done anything there yet.
See you on opening night, don’t forget the date, the 9th of December, and don’t forget to book your spot.
